Sorry I've been slack with my blog - life's been a bit hectic around here of late.
The biggest news is, of course, Ray's surgery. He's due to go into hospital on Wednesday 26th November for his spinal fusion op, and they think he'll be in for 5-7 days. We've had pre-op sessions with the surgeon, the anaesthetist and the physios, so now we're all set. Hopefully he'll have a positive outcome - please keep him in your prayers!
The other big news has been THAT STORM! Late last Sunday afternoon, the mother of all storms made its way through Brisbane's north western suburbs. Man, was Tiger frightened (he wasn't the only one, just quietly). The noise was terrific, the hail was more like the size of tomatoes than golf balls, and the damage around us was extensive. Our lovely golf course over our back fence really took a hammering - the birds have been so quiet ever since! See all the pics below!
